Hello everyone, I am the Chiropractic Assistant here at Avise Family Chiropractic. My job within the office is to serve our patients and Dr. DJ any way I can! I live here in Farmington with my fiance and our two fur babies, and we deeply enjoy the NWA community. I graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 and currently attend John Brown University obtaining my MBA in Healthcare Administration. If you’re looking for me outside of the office, you’ll likely see me at a local antique shop or grabbing coffee.

Hi Farmington and surrounding communities my name is Tammi. I’m the office manager for Avise Family Chiropractic. I met and married my husband Darren Avise in highschool and we have been married 30 plus years. We have two beautiful daughters. My part in Avise Family Chiropractic is to educate patients on their insurance policies and also the possibility of a healthy lifestyle. My interests are spending time with family, travel and hiking. On the weekend you might find me hiking the trails of NWA.
